MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
We provide field service to all areas of Western Australia (and Australia wide) with our extensive range of specialized tooling.
JMH Geraldton & Perenjori branches offer a fleet of well-equipped mobile service vehicles with quality mechanics to get your machines up and going, eliminating down time.
We also have a 6T shutdown truck that is fitted out with a 2.3T Crane, Compressor and Welder with the power to do large rebuilds and shutdowns.
All of our field service vehicles are well stocked with consumables and tooling. We also have a large range of specialised tooling, making JMH your best option for all preventative repairs and breakdowns.
ONSITE UNDERCARRIAGE REPAIRS
With a full range of mobile track presses available we are your one stop shop for all of your onsite undercarriage.
100t horse shoe style track press: capable of up to a 60ton excavator or D8 size dozer. fully equipped with all custom machined push pins makes quick, efficient & safe repairs for all track link replacements.
180t 4 leg track press: The larger of the 2 presses that we have, this press is capable of pressing pins up to 70mm or Komatsu PC2000 / Hitachi 1900, Komatsu D475 / Cat D11 dozer. This track press has also had all custom made push tools with safety in mind that actually hold the pin that is being pressed making it very safe and efficient eliminating down time.
All this is backed up with a full range of hydraulic torque tools and vehicle with HIABS & on board 240v power to reduce repair times and getting the machine back to work.
ELECTRONIC DIAGNOSTICS
JMH is your one stop shop for electronic diagnosis needs. With a full range of programs to suit the below equipment and more.
Cat, Cummins, Mercedes, Volvo, MAN, Scania, UD, ISUZU Mitsubishi etc
All commercial 4WD’s from a Hilux, Landrover, Dodge or a Chev Silverado.
Weather it is a basic key or fuel injector you require to be coded, A DPF burn or something more serious such as an intermittent power de-rate or fault light give us a call and we will sort it for you. Along with this we can provide you with a full print out report.
AIRCONDITIONING REPAIRS
JMH Mechanical cater for all of your onsite air-conditioning repairs. With our fully equipped repair trailer which is fully stocked with hose and fittings to custom build hoses onsite. Along with all of the stock
LABOUR HIRE & CONSULTANCY
JMH can provide short or long term labour hire. We can supply mechanics with or without vehicles and offer competitive long term support packages.
JMH can provide temporary or full time mechanical supervision, specialising in shutdowns, machine maintenance and planning projects.
