Who are we:-
o A Non-Distributing Co-Operative who aim to make business to business transactions easier in the Midwest
o We have been running since 1977 here in the Midwest
o We have over 130 local Suppliers who offer benefits to our members.
o We only allow businesses to be members. We have 1070 business members with over 3,300 card holders (buyers) 2/3 are agricultural based and 1/3 are local businesses
o In 2021/2022 we processed over 85,000 business to business transactions and turned over $27,000,000
o GOPP is made up of:
Buyers – Members (Card Holders)
Sellers – Suppliers (Retailers, Product & Service providers)

Benefits to you as a business:-
- No sales = No costs
As a GOPP Supplier, your only cost is when you make a sale because of us. We pay all the marketing costs and you only pay if it works – no other business/advertising/marketing can offer you this
2. No bad debts or slow payers. GOPP guarantee to pay you before the 25th of the following month as long as members have signed the invoices.
3. GOPP introduce you to over 3,300 successful business people who have an incentive to buy from you.
4. Tax Deduction – Our Rebate is Tax Deductable and a tax invoice is sent each month.
5. Free membership. As a GOPP Supplier you receive the benefits of membership (Card Holder) free of charge. Normally $66
6. Free Marketing directly to our business members.
a) As a Supplier you have a full colour page of advertising space allotted to you in our Monthly Newsletter so we can promote your business at no charge.
b) GOPP will send your promotional material to our members via email once a month at no charge to you plus we also have a weekly email out you can participate in
c) Suppliers are provided with marketing materials i.e. flags etc. at no charge to you.
d) Suppliers can include a catalogue in our ‘Members Newsletters’ mail out; at no charge to you.
- Suppliers need to offer a benefit to our Members (Card Holders). PLEASE click here to see a copy of our supplier list to see what other businesses are offering. The committee likes to see at least a decent benefit and we do find that the better the benefit the larger number of invoices.
- GOPP will deduct a rebate from your payment at the end of each month.
To proceed with your application you will need to do the following:-
- Have been trading for two years
- Write a letter addressed to the committee outlining your proposal
- Outline the benefit you are going to offer the GOPP Members e.g. Discounts, special pricing, bonus offer. See the current supplier list for guidelines
- Outline the owners of the business and some general business information such as products supplied, years in business etc.
- Ideally testimonials from local business that you are already dealing.
Your application will be sent to our committee then the business will be reviewed and interviewed by an independent party. Your application will then be taken to the next GOPP Committee member and will be voted on at this event. Meetings are held twice a year – February & August.
